I'm Sasha Argueta, and I have been a Real Estate Agent in Northern Virginia since September 2005. My experience background in Real Estate includes Office Management, Transaction Coordinator, Marketing, Personal Assistant, and Short Sale Negotiator.
I have extensive experience and success in pre-foreclosures (Short Sales). I assist homeowners through out Loudoun County, Prince William County and Fairfax County in negotiating down the amount owed on their home loan(s). It creates a win-win situation for both parties by providing the homeowner an option before their property is foreclosed upon, and by saving the mortgage company from having to foreclose on another property.
I've developed systems and negotiating skills to find the highest price for my clients home and to obtain the Lender(s) Approval of the transaction. This will save the Sellers credit from Foreclosure on their property.
When lenders agree to do a short sale, it means the lender is accepting less than the total amount due from the Borrower. Most lenders will accept short sales or discounted payoffs, especially if it would make more financial sense vs to Foreclosure.
