Landlord & real estate investor since 1997. Graduate of Syracuse University, with honors. Grew up in the Sandy Hook area of Newtown, CT and now live in Danbury, though part of my yard goes into Brookfield. One of my investment properties is in New Milford, CT. As a local professional, I know a bit about the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and local economy.
I have owned & operated businesses in Danbury, Bethel, & Brookfield in the past, the largest was Miracle Graphics & Marketing, LLC from 1995 to May 2010 (sold company & its building). I am an experienced graphic designer and have helped many small businesses & Realtors with their marketing needs. I was an art & photography teacher for many years.
