| This the first time I have purchased a tract of land to build a home on , but the third time Sara Gordon has been involved with the purchase/sale of property for myself. I went into this endeavor with expectations of being a quick and easy purchase, as it was an all cash purchase. Little did I know what would come to pass. All of the "fine print" reared its ugly head and I became very frustrated to the point of calling the whole deal off, but most of my frustration was due to my lack of knowledge of what this process entailed. After talking with Sara and airing my frustration she was able to give me honest and very informative information about what was taking place and in the end it was for my protection and benefit. That in it self shows how she does business. Her advice and opions are neither one sided or selfish, but honest and straight to the point. I would recommend Sara to anyone I know needing her services, and would consider her one of the top agents in the state. Her business ethics and values should be considered top notch! |

| Sara Gordon is one of the most if not the most personal and professional agent in the Houston area today. My experiences with her have always exceeded expectations. Her willingness to go above and beyond what she has to do is a plus. Her marketing skills are superb as our house sold within 4 days of being listed and at our asking price. She is always looking out for the seller/buyer's best interest. I would recommend her to first and foremost as an outstanding real estate agent. |

| As an real estate investor, I buy and sell properties quite frequently. Prior to meeting Sara I had used numerous agents, however for the past 18 years, Sara has been my TOP choice for a real estate agent. Her level of expertise, her commitment to give 100% and her follow through are exceptional. Over the years, I have had some difficult and challenging transactions but Sara has always been there with great advice and has managed to guide me through to a successful closing. I highly recommend her and plan to continue to use her for many years to come. |

| As first time buyers, we really could not have asked for a better realtor to work with. Sara Gordon was extremely patient, knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for and what we needed. She explained every tiny detail of our purchase, told us what to expect, what we needed to do and when. We never felt like we were not important to her or that she did not have time to work with us. She was always available and responded quickly to emails/calls. I would absolutely recommend Sara to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a house. There are honestly just not enough positive things we could say about her or our experience with her. We simply cannot imagine having gone through the buying process without her! |
