Buyers and sellers are people in transition, I suppose that's why I'm drawn to them and the profession of real estate.  I grew up in Springfield Missouri, lived in the same house and went to school with basically the same kids from kindergraten through high school.  Then after college my moving odyssey began.  Since 1988 I've lived in California, Illinois, Indiana Kansas and Indiana again.  Through each of these moves I've gained more insight into what it means to pick up your world and restart it somewhere new.  Some moves were greatly anticipated & welcomed and others I dragged my feet the whole way.  I sold my own home - by owner - before I became a Realtor and through it learned how valuable a good Realtor can be!  I apply all these hard-won life lessons to helping my clients through their own life transitions. 

As wife to David and mother to 3 teen/tween girls I've developed flexibility, multi-tasking and the ability to laugh at myself.  In fact, my sense of humor is a guiding principle modeled beautifully to me by my parents.  I love to be silly and laugh!  If life is too serious no one wants to be around you. 

Living in Fishers from 1997 - 2001 and 2006 to the present, I've developed solid friendships and a working knowledge of the area.  Some of our family's favorite spots include Handels Ice Cream, Conner Prairie, the Monon Trail and our church, Grace Community in Noblesville.  Because of our kids we're also big supporters of Hamilton Southeastern's Royal Command and Guard Marching Band and The Hutson School.
