The markets that I cover are Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek and Alamo.
The markets in 'Lamorinda' are deemed 'high end' with excellent schools and all have the comforts of a small community where people know each other, participate in community events together and take immense pride in where they live. Lafayette has a very vibrant downtown with excellent restuarants.
In Walnut Creek you have more of the 'urban' style living with certainly a large town atmosphere with it's own 'Rodeo Drive Shopping' area known as Broadway Plaza. Fabulous city offering a robust, exciting community yet has the 'safe' life style with great schools for the children.
Pleasant Hill is coming into it's own great community now having an identifiable downtown with great business growth taking place, a proud city that has really 'turned it up a notch' enhancing the comminity & schools. Great place for people buying their first homes.
Alamo is very comparable to Lafayette in housing, schools & lifestyle. They are more of a bedroom community.
