Optomistic and high energy has people always asking me, "how do you get as much done as you do!?" Every day is a great day in real estate! With all the market changes that occur, it keeps me on top of my game to discover new methods and "tricks" to sell houses better. I love a great challenge, so long as the client is realistic. I don't work with cranky people or anyone who doesn't listen to reason. I am blessed to have too many wonderful clients to deal with human hot air balloons!! When I have a buyer, my offers get accepted! Not because they pay too much, it's because I know this is a relationship business and I treat people as equals. Ok, I write good offers too!!

I love playing the guitar, the ukulele, going to the beach, traveling, golfing (to about the 15th hole!) waterskiing, watercolor painting,and learning languages. Currently I'm getting conversant in Italian, French, Modern Greek, Hebrew and Spanish.
