We have over 101 lakes in Steuben County. So my expertise includes marketing and selling many lake homes. For homebuyers, I have a specialized format where I really help educate the buyers about the market, what to expect, when to expect it, and what the outcomes will be. This process is developed for first-time homebuyers as well as people who have bought and sold many homes all over the U.S. I am proud of the amount of information I share with the buyers that I work with. Over 98% of the buyers go to the internet before they ever talk with an agent. I am dedicated to working with those potential clients as quickly and efficiently as possible. Much of my markeitng is geared towards the internet.

I love representing sellers to get their home listed and sold and closed as quickly as possible with the most amount possible in their accounts. Effectively marketing homes is a skill that I am very proud of. And I am good at.

Along the way too, I am a big comunicator. I listen to what the client is saying and really pay attention. My clients are always amazed at how quickly I get back to them 100% of the time.
