I have been in the mortgage business for 10 years. I am creative in helping a client with their financing, to always look at each client individually to assure that the financing they got was the best for their personal needs and goals, to follow up with clients and Realtors, and to never leave the office without returning all phone calls from that day! While the mortgage industry has changed, there are still many programs available for our clients to get into their dream home, a second home, or an investment property. One responsibility we take seriously is to keep all of the parties on a transaction (Buyer, Listing Agent, Buyers Agent, and Title Company) current on where we are in the process. We send out a "Loan Status Report" every Tuesday to all of the parties involved. While everybody can say that they have the best customer service and the lowest rates (who would expect less from any mortgage company that you work with?), I offer the ability to get a client locked in at the right time in their process by keeping a close eye on the markets that affect interest rates. I don't look for shortcuts and certainly don't give my clients the "easiest" loan available if there is another program that would better meet their needs. I can help people anywhere in California. Appraisers - In this time of declining markets, appraisals are scrutinized more than ever. As loan volume decreases so do the amount of appraisals. To keep business alive for my appraisers, all of my clients in declining market areas have received a letter from me informing them on how to reduce their property tax assessment. I involve my appraisers in the transaction, thus creating business and keeping them IN business. Insurance Agents, Attorneys, General Contractors - Again, the Mortgage Concierge helps those in need of these services or allows me to refer my clients to my Agent partners in their area
