Ryan Foley is the founder of Spyglass Property Inspections LTD. and leads the property inspections department. Ryan prides our company on the strong construction background that it is built on. He has been a builder and developer for the past seventeen years, from building and rehabbing single-family homes to developing massive condo conversions and multi-family buildings in Chicago. Because of his extensive background in construction, Ryan is able to train his team of inspectors to provide a very detailed inspection while showing their clients on how the home operates. He is very passionate about his work and takes pride in having families buy a good and safe product. The enthusiasm, close attention to detail, and dedication to the field make our team of inspectors extraordinary.

Ryan leads the Spyglass Property Inspections team of licensed inspectors through numerous types of inspections, from condominiums to single family homes to multi-unit buildings, as well as phase construction inspections. We treat our clients like they are part of the family, making sure that they do not leave an inspection without knowing how the home operates and all their questions have been answered.

Ryan and our team of inspectors hold current licenses as a General Contractor and a Property Inspectors in the state of Illinois. Ryan and his wife Amy live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago where they raise their three high energy boys and dog Rocky.
