| I have personally completed eight real estate transactions with Russell Lewis and referred him to friends for two other transactions. There's never been any doubt in my mind that Russell has my best interests at heart. Whenever I've searched for real estate, Russell always shows me a little bit better neighborhood than the one I think I want… and there are times I really wish I'd taken his advice and not been so stubborn. I can always count on him to find me great properties to view and give me good advice on neighborhoods, resale values, price, etc. I've been through a couple of tough negotiations with sellers and I like to say that Russell is a killer -- he's going to get me the property I want at the best price. In our most recent transaction it looked like everything was going to fall apart. Russell is interesting to watch -- very polite but firm. I trust Russell to bend the world to my advantage, and he does it every time. I've seen plenty of other agents who don't go the extra mile for their clients, or don't really communicate with them, and they're obviously only interested in completing the deal and moving on to the next one. Russell passed away September 1st, 2014. In his memory, we have kept his blog in place so that his friends may continue to enjoy his sharp wit and his amazing sense of humor! He will be sorely missed.
