Rachel holds a deep respect for the responsibility and accountability owed to her clients by being a world traveler, appreciating all cultures and holding many leadership roles.  She grew up in many areas of the world and state.  After attending high school in Washington, NC and college at UNC-CHAPEL HILL, she lived in Greensboro, NC for 20 years working for the acclaimed Center for Creative Leadership and teaching Advanced Placement Spanish in the Guilford County Schools.  She has worked and continues to serve as a translator for corporations and individuals, published the "Spanish Study Guide" and volunteered as a translator for many non-profit organizations.  While working for her family as a leasing agent, buying and selling her own personal real estate, she decided that she wanted to help others invest in real estate. She continues to work with her own language company selling her study guide and other publications and translating for the furniture industry, government agencies and more while helping others own a piece of the Outer Banks.  Her love and appreciation of the Outer Banks comes from working at Owens Restaurant and the Lost Colony during her college summers and family ties.
