Some are: ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative, CRS-Certified Residential Specialist, CREO-Certified REO Broker, GRI-Graduate of the Realtor Institute, E-Pro for online proficiency, RECS-Real Estate Cyberspace Society. I am a member of the NAR-National Association of Realtors; the IAR-Idaho Association of Realtors; the ACAR-Ada County Association of Realtors; and haved been a member of numerous other trade orginations and specialty groups in the past.
Having been in the industry for over 25 years, I specialize in all aspects of Residential Real Estate, Income Property, land and some commercial. My focus is in higher end homes for Buyer Clients, and Foreclosure properties for my institutional bank and portfolio managers such as FannieMae, Countyrwide Home Loans, Indymac Bank, Litton Loan Servicing, US Bank to name a few.
