Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, I was a General Building Contractor in the Bay Area for 33 years.  When I moved to Nevada County, I disovered a haven of beauty, a place that honors and respects its historical past and the small town charm of Nevada City and Grass Valley is a pleasant reminder of life in the slow lane.  With these factors in mind, it was a simple choice, for me, to pursue a career in Real Estate.

As a Contractor, I was a small, independent business man.  I carried forward those same customer service ethics to my Real Estate Business.  Namely, I never take on more work than I can handle myself without jeopardizing my attention to detail, superior customer service and high quality of productiveness.

I have always built my business on referrals from good friends and great clients.  It has always been my desire to provide the best customer service possible.  Some might say I operate my Real Estate Business the old fashioned way, one client at a time.
