I have been a mortgage industry professional since 2004.  I have extensive knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industries and I have a record of being a top producer at every company I have worked for.

When working with a realtor - my #1 job is to close their loan.  The key for me is communication - letting the realtor and client know where the loan is at all times.  Providing great customer service and a great product.  Lastly, getting things done when I say they will be done. 

My #2 job is to help improve a realtor's business.  I try to provide my realtor base clients and also work with them on marketing to get new clients.  I do this in various forms. 

-Email marketing - I create an email letter that I can customize to a particular realtor and they can forward this on to their database.  The email has current information on what is happening in the housing and mortgage industries.  This keeps a realtors face constantly in front of their database with valuable information. 

-Flyers and doorhangers - Whether this be for an open house or marketing to potential new clients.  I help my realtors create advertising that helps improve their business.

-I highlight realtors in my own database that goes out to over 15,000 people on a weekly basis.
