Rose Gibbs Torres specializes in helping investors buy/sell multiple properties.  She is your key to Integrity, Quality and Excellence when it comes to your real estate needs.  Although she calls Henry County "home", she does not limit herself to only selling in that area.  As a realtor who is aggressive, knowledgeable and will put your best interest first, she prides herself in maintaining close contact with each client to ensure that every transaction is smooth and successful.  Her designations include but are not limited to Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Certified Foreign Investor Specialist (CFIS) and Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS).

Rose originally relocated 17 years ago from New York to Atlanta to continue working in the Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Infectious Disease field.  Having 25+ years of experience in human services, which included volunteer work, conducting cultural diversity trainings, counseling and advocacy for her clients she is known for her high attention to details and professional ethics.  She has also conducted inspections and verifications of collaterals and essential information for a wide variety of financial institutions and funding sources.         

Rose decided to obtain her real estate license in order to continue in the human services field and share her wealth of knowledge regarding real estate opportunities with others. Since then she has had the great pleasure of representing clients in various real estate transactions, from investors, to first-time home buyers, to sellers, and those looking to relocate.  

Rose LOVES spending quality time with her three children, traveling and giving back to the community.
