Since 2006, I have been helping to bring buyers and sellers together in Camp Hill and surrounding towns including Lemoyne, Mechanicsburg, Dillsburg, Harrisburg, Enola, Etters, New Cumberland, and Carlisle. I have earned the ABR designation and have obtained the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and Integrity Sales Specialist (ISS) certifications. Currently, I am working on the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) designation.

Certifications

After having devoted more than 30 years to teaching and counseling children, I decided it was time for a change.  The idea of reinventing myself after age 50, seemed a little scary at first.  However, the series of events leading my embarking upon a new career fell into place so smoothly and naturally that i knew instinctively that this was where I needed to be. 

Whether in the classroom, counseling center or socializing with friends and family, I have consistently assumed the role as "helper."  Yet, another side of me has enjoyed seeing people attain the goals that they have set and growing considerably during the process. 

My affiliation with Prudential Homesale Services Group could best be described as a strong magnetic force, for I was pulled toward a company who values integrity and invests in its best resources...its people.  Not the "pushy" or "aggressive," type, I feel more comfortable listening to others and guiding them to make the best decision possible.  Similarly, I enjoy helping people to understand the complicated process of fulfilling their dreams of home ownership. 

In my first year of real estate practice, I had the opportunity to complete an 8-week training programcalled Integrity Selling which meshed perfectly with my core beliefs!  The natural bridge between my teaching and counseling training to helping clients fulfill their wants, needs and goals affirmed that again, I was in the right place and the right time.  Each client has a unique personality structure and repertoire of experiences and knowledge. What this means is that a "cookie cutter" approach to working with customers misses the mark.  By first establishing rapport with the folks sitting across the table or at the other end of the telephone line, it is a natural progression to identify how I can best help them.  Being integral or congruent with my thoughts, words, and actions has become the cornerstone of my approach to real estate.  It's really not about selling a product or service. Rather my mission is to facilitate how clients can reach their personal goals.  It's never about me!  Fortunately, I have come full circle professionally and personally.  Integrity does matter in each and every transaction. My role is more of a facilitator than salesperson. Simply stated, wWhat I have to offer my clients is as the highest professional skill level that I can develop and a lifelong commitment to learning and adapting to change.
