We will meet to discuss your current and longer term goals and I will provide you with valuable insight in the home buying process. If you are not already pre-qualified for a mortgage, I can provide you information on respected lenders. When you are pre-approved, I can then begin researching homes which meet your needs and budget. When ever possible, I will preview homes prior to taking you there. I will not waste your time showing you bad properties. Once you've found a home, I will provide guidance on the offer price based upon similar homes sold. We will work together to negotiate the best terms and price for the home. When a purchase offer has been accepted, I will manage every detail to protect your interests from the inspection and appraisal through to the closing.Frequently asked questions:How is the buyers agent paid?
The buyer agent is paid by the seller's listing broker.Can't I just buy a home at an open house?
Yes you can. Be aware however, that the listing agent is working in the sellers best interest and not yours.Wouldn't I be better off to just look on my own?
