| It is with GREAT pleasure that I pen this recommendation letter for Yossi and Ronit Razon, Realtor/Broker. Like many hard-working Americans, we found ourselves in a financial crunch when my husband lost his job. We decided to pursue the whole ‘HOPE’ Team thing, in hopes of reworking our mortgage so we could retain our home for our children, to which provided no hope in the end. So much frustration, stress, worry and fear came as we tried to battle with the ‘system.’ The illustrious HOPE Team repeatedly claimed they never received our paperwork on numerous occasions, PBSO showed up at our door with foreclosure papers, and bank representatives would come visit stating they did get our paperwork and wanted to ‘talk.’ A complete and utter mess and great representation that no one knew what they were doing as we were getting mixed messages ALL the time. After 3 long years of battling ‘the system’ and trying to retain our home in Palm Beach County, we finally decided this was not worth the fight any longer. Property values in our area were steadily dropping, we were living in constant fear that someone would show up and demand we vacate, the stress was just too much. We reached out for help and to investigate what a ‘short sale’ would involve. This is when we met Yossi and Ronit. What a breath of fresh air! Yossi and Ronit worked tirelessly with us to get our home listed and within a week, we had 3 offers. We were amazed! In tandem with Yossi and Ronit, we worked with a title company who relentlessly pursued the bank to get an approval for the short sale and finally! our nightmare came to a close.Because of all the tireless support and effort from Yossi and Ronit, we closed on our Palm Beach home December 2013. We finally have that weight lifted from our shoulders and have started the new year off with a renewed hope of our own.
