I offer my clients a one on one consultation or the abillity to complete a loan application on line. I  always suggest that a first time home buyer may want to meet with me personally. There are many programs that we offer, as well as, assitance programs that may help with down payment and closing cost. Once we have reviewed all the options the buyer has the knowledge to make the decision that best suits their overall financial goals.

Pre-approvals are very importatn for the home buyer and the agent. Don't leave home without it!

My extensive knowledge and background in the industry allows me to lend my support to buyers and agents for a successful and prompt closing. Every homebuyer is treated as if they are my first and most important client of the day. Rates are reviewed and discussed with the future home buyer.

It is my goal that each loan is reviewed on a daily basis, paying careful attention to the deadline dates in the contract. Once the closing takes place, I make it a point that the buyers recieve a phone call within 30 days of closing. Many questions come in to play after the fact and I want them to be reasurred that I am their Lender For Life!
