Roman Paul, The Founder of House-Check Home and Building Inspection Service holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University where his thesis dissertation was "Site Investigation for the Home Builder." He has been actively performing residential, commercial and industrial building and home inspections throughouth the entire Delaware Valley since 1978.
Besides his construction, building rehab and land subdivision experiences, he has also been involved in writing building material standards for the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM), The National Electrical Code (NEC), the BOCA Basic Building Code as well as other national standards organizations. He frequenty consults with comdominum associations in performing replacement and reserve analysis.
He has also appeared on radion programs as an expert on Home and Building Inspections. An educator, Licensed Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, he holds memebership in a variety of professional orgainzations.
Rioman is also a City of Philadelphia Licensed Home Inspector #24364, a Full Member of ASHI, and is totally compliant with the PA Home Inspection Law and carries Errors and Omissions and General Liability Insurance for your protection.
