My goal in creating this service was to make home buying the ultimate, classy, brilliant experience it is meant to be. If you have already had the home buying experience once in your life, it can often times be recalled as a boring, tedious, unfulfilling task...until Rockstar Realty Services was created! I have made it my life's mission to create the perfect home buying experience!

After you have chosen Rockstar Realty Services to perfect your home buying experience, I will gather detailed information from you by phone interview. Once I know what you are in the market for, I will compile a home buying schedule and agenda for us to start with.

Then, each of my clients will receive my full attention in a classy limousine to each of the several properties listed on my agenda for the day.  Once you have chosen your dream home from the bunch, the process is less time consuming than before with the modern sophistication of online document signing.

After everything is said and done and you are relaxing and entertaining in your new home, you will look back and remember what a wonderful experience it was!


Once you have decided to sell your home, you can rest assured that with my modern approach to marketing and social media, your home will be in the spotlight and potential buyers will be able to get a 360 degree online video tour of your home. Your home will be cleaned and staged to ensure optimal potential while on the market.

I make myself available to both home buyers and home sellers in a unique modern way using social media websites at its finest. Once we sign you up, I will be investing my time and efforts on marketing your home for sale.

After your listing is live on my website and other social media websites that I use, other methods such as my newsletter, and massive marketing campaign flyers will be sent out throughout your city inviting them to both open houses that I will set up with you.

The first open house will be on a Saturday shortly after we list your home. The second open house will be the following Sunday, with what I call the “Twilight Tour” where I will hold your house open between 5pm and 8pm, serving cheese & wine. This time allows for busy weekenders who don’t have time otherwise. This has been found to be very effective.  

Lastly, your home selling experience should include feedback from any potential buyers who have come to see your home, but may not be interested for reasons unknown to you. I will be holding a survey of the prospective buyers walking through your home at the open houses asking them to evaluate each room and what they would change or do differently. If these surveys all seem to be telling us the same information, it may be beneficial to conform to meet the current buyers’ needs. This information has been found to be invaluable for the home selling process.
