How many of us wish we could say "I Love my work!"? I am one who is blessed to say "I love my avocation!" While, true, there is work involved, for me it is so much fun it feels more like play. I love working with buyers. The initial consultation is where we get to visualize the right home thus setting the stage for that exciting recognition during a home tour that this home is it!
A permanent optimist, I am also grounded in realism. I guide my clients through the truths of the current market so that they understand the process and feel comfortable about their decisions. I empathize with the various emotions a buyer and a seller go through during the process. By redirecting the focus back to the goal and helping my clients with any obstacles that arise, we arrive at the closing day happy and satisfied.
Living and working in a small community feels wonderful. I was raised in Southern California which is quite a bit more crowded than Central California, so I truly appreciate the natural beauty, the space, and the community that we have here on the Monterey Peninsula.
