Certifications
My area of expertise have to do with land use. I live in a rural town, and serve as a member of our Zoning Board of Appeals commission. I have been secretary to our town's Inland Wetlands Commission and our Zoning Board of Appeals for the past three years. I feel I have a good grasp on local land use laws, and know the questions to ask. Boating / sailing is another area I am involved in. I have an extensive boating background and am married to a skilled wooden boat builder. This makes dealing with waterfront properties very interesting to me. Horses are another area of interest as I own a beautiful Draft horse. I have a good knowledge of horses and what it takes to care for them which can save time for my clients because I know the questions to ask when it come to looking at horse properties.
