This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams. Living on the lake is a frame of mind. It’s like living on vacation 365 days a year! Lake Norman is my kind of place. My family and I really enjoy the Lake and it’s people. After moving to Lake Norman several years ago it didn’t take long to realize that living on the lake is a frame of mind. It’s like living on vacation 365 days a year!
When asked “what is the most important skill you have to offer your clients,” Chris’s answer isn’t his college degree, building experience or knowledge of the real estate market. Instead his answer is “my ability to clear my mind, focus and listen to exactly what my clients are saying to me.”
Everyone is different and their needs and expectations are all unique, there is no one-size-fits-all in Real Estate. The average person will buy 5-6 homes in their lifetime and their home buying experience will have a lasting impact on the quality of life for home buyers themselves and their families alike. As a Buyer’s Agent Chris takes his job very seriously fully committing himself to a “Consultative Approach” to buying real estate, which means he presents accurate information to his clients so they have options and can make an educated decision when it comes time to select that perfect home.
In 2002 Chris and his family moved from northern Kentucky to Lake Norman. This was during the time when the real estate market around Lake Norman was quickly developing. New beautiful homes were being built by the dozens, Chris was amazed by their custom design and creative features. He decided to get involved and immediately began working for the builders learning as much as he could. He continued building throughout college and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. He remembers, “I worked directly under the Construction Managers in the field which meant I had a hand in completing almost every task associated with the building process from surveying the land, installing the drain tile, rough framing the house, installing the finish trim, and making sure that we passed inspections during the building process from start to finish.”
Nine years later he decided to join the family business working as a real estate broker for Keller Williams Realty together with Team Nadine. He focuses his time as a Buyer’s Agent working for clients who are specifically looking to buy a home. With the real estate market changing so rapidly Chris says it’s a high priority to continue his education and work with only the most experienced of mentors. “I’m fortunate to have an incredible team to support me. We motivate each other to grow every day and utilize our individual strengths to work as efficiently as possible.
