| Our vacation home had been on the market with another company for six months when the listing expired. The very next day we were contacted by Robert Kennedy. He said he had previewed our home when it first came on the market, and asked if he could stop by for another look. We expected another high-pressure listing presentation, but felt we had nothing to lose by allowing Mr. Kennedy to stop by. His approach was anything but-high pressure. To make a long story short, we listed with Mr. Kennedy, and within two weeks we had an offer that was close to full price. Exactly 50 days after our first consultation with Mr. Kennedy our home was sold. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone serious about selling their home. |

| It was in the spring of 2001 when we decided to sell our lakefront home in ***********. I asked friends who they would recommend as a listing agent. The same name came up over and over – Robert Kennedy. And I must admit that several for sale signs with his name attached were already scattered throughout the neighborhood. So, I made the call to Robert, and that was the beginning of our working relationship. I must confess that I did interview two other agents. But, unlike the other two who tried to dazzle me with the reputation of their firm and try to pressure me into signing a listing agreement, Robert asked me about me. What were my plans? What were my expectations of a listing agent? He explained market value and proper price positioning. We also discussed a marketing plan. Well, Robert earned my business and sold my home in less than three months. It's been over ten years now, and Robert has sold homes for both my children. Robert has the Murphy family as customers for life. |

| Every agent I talked to said that winter is the worst possible time of year to list a home for sale. That was before I talked to Robert Kennedy. He explained that, despite any excuses I may have heard from other agents, there was no reason why my home couldn't sell during the holiday season - and he was right. On November 2nd I listed my home for sale with Robert. By November 7th I had two offers (one above asking price). On December 20th we closed escrow. It was the smoothest real estate transaction I've ever been involved in, and I can't recommend Robert Kennedy highly enough. |
