I will not rush through an Inspection and will never write a report on site. The quickie Inspections and on-site reports are only a convenience for the Inspector and Realtor. In my opinion, they do nothing for the buyer, creates a greater risk for error, and takes away valuable time from you, the buyer. Every Buyer wants and expects a thorough Inspection, by a competent Inspector. Unfortunately, many Inspectors cannot or just will not deliver. Buyers will realize it about the time the Inspector is driving off with the money and they're left holding a little 6 page check off list called a "report". "Is that It?" You're invited to walk with me through the inspection and learn how your house works. Learn about the different unique systems and learn how to maintain them for efficiency which maximizes your investment and more importantly, your health and safety.  For the price of a real Inspection, you get a seminar thrown in, also!                I love finding problems which leads to savings for you and sometimes even Life savings!  There is nothing more satisfying than to discover a potential fire hazard, such as faulty wiring, after crawling through a hot and filthy attic and/or dragging my way through a 18" crawlspace and discovering a leaking water pipe, sewer pipe, or large crack in the foundation wall.        I will take notes and many pictures in order to compile the information to produce your top of the line, narrative report. It takes me a minimum 6 hours to perform an Inspection and write the report on a dream house with very few defects.  The more defects, square footage, components, etc.,  the more time it takes.  Time is money, for you and for me.  The more careful examination of your home which I perform,  results in more savings and less headaches for you.       If your looking for a fast and cheap Inspector, then I'm not the one for you.  If what you want is a great deal and Value your safety and money at a competitive rate, then please contact me and let's talk.   .
