We're Shane and Rivka Ronay, and are licensed Realtors who specialize in the areas of Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY. We work with clients from the initial stages of negotiating an offer, through financing, inspections, and title, until the close of escrow. Our experience in commercial real estate and background in marketing helps us to locate property for clients to buy and sell homes that meet their long term goals or short term needs. Backed by the extensive resources, tools and support of Weichert Realtors, we provide an exceptional level of service to our clients.

Shane was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, and has lived in Rockland County for 25 years. His introduction to real estate began in 1992 when first receiving his sales license while working for a company that arranged financing and other real estate related activities. Aside from many years as both a residential and commercial real estate broker, Shane inspected and selected residential properties for purchase by the company.  Rivka has always enjoyed putting real estate transactions together while making both sides feel that they received a good deal - not always an easy task. Part of this is evident from her ever-present smile, and infectious positive attitude.

We were both raised with and have internalized strong core values which include a strong sense of integrity, sincerity, and the natural ability to listen to others. These attributes allow us to easily conduct business while building friendships, and vice-versa.
