I have been working in the real estate business for just over three years.  I got my start working with a new home builder and decided that I would like to try and work for myself.  So I jumped into general real estate.  I haven't regreted it since.  I focus my practice in the local Wesley Chapel area.      Working with the builder gave me the experience and the ability to present a home in a professional and appealing light.  I don't depend on the house to "sell itself "  I present the house to a potential buyer and point out the finer points.  This is benificial to all involved.  First the seller gets superior representation, the buyer gets all the information on the home, and the realtor gets information they can use in the future.  I keep my practice local just for that reason.   To provide the best service possible.
