I am the owner and managing member of GBR Home Buyers LLC, a residential real estate buying company in the Greater Baton Rouge area. I specialize in finding off market residential properties that can be bought at a discount for our own portfolio or to wholesale to other investors.
I’m also the principle managing member of Turnabout Property Solutions LLC, buying single and multi-family residential properties to rehab for resale and/or to hold for our own portfolio primarily in the Greater Baton Rouge Area.
I am the Organizer and President of the Baton Rouge area’s premier Real Estate Investors Association called the Real-Estate Investor Network Group, or The RING for short; a.k.a. Baton Rouge REIA.
I began investing in real estate in 2001 while enjoying a 20 year career as an airline pilot with Continental Airlines from which I retired in 2006.
