Although I have been licensed for 31 years I was inactive for 15 years while working for several large banks, working my self up from collection and repossessing loans on homes, to loan a originator, generation in excess of $495,000,000 in loan production over the next 9 years, to Executive Vice President with Bank of America. All this time I kept my real estate license current by working on the continuing education. While working at the bank I earned an MHV from Lincoln Business School, which allowed me to appraise manufactured homes.  After my division was down sized in 2001, I went back in to the real estate field. I worked for a short time in the Time Share industry, until I decided my code of ethics was higher than my supervisors.  I left that industry to return full time real estate. After 6 months, I was made sales and office manager for All State Properties of Central Florida in St. Cloud.  In 2004 I joined RE/MAX Executive Group as the sales manager for the St. Cloud office.  During this time I earned my ABR, CRP.CDPE.CREN,SRES,SFR, e-PRO and MHV.  After RE/MAX Executive Group closed the office, I was asked to be the Broker of record for RE/MAX PROS in St. Cloud. We changed our location and I decided to be more active with my clients and changed to a BROKER/Associate. With each real estate office begining with Century 21 Aim Real Estate in 1978, I produce in access of $2 million annually  while active in the business.
