I am an avid runner and participate in various Richmond-area races each year, including the Richmond Half-Marathon, the RiverRock Mud Run, and the Monument 10K. I am very active in the community, and am a proud promoter of Richmond area small business. I am Chair of the Young Professionals Network, the President of the Women’s Council of Realtors, a committee member of the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service, a member of the baord of directors for Richmond Association of Realtors, and a member of several other organizations including: The Richmond Business Alliance, HYPE Richmond (Helping Young Professionals Engage), and The Richmond Development Community. I was selected for the Virginia Association of Realtors' 2015 Leadership Academy, an honor presented to only fifteen Realtors out of the entire state, biannually. I am also a mentor to several agents in my firm, and also mentor one business student each semester from my alma mater, Mary Washington. I do volunteer work and hold charitable events throughout the year. In fact, each month I sponsor a different charity or non-profit organization, and donate $100 from every sale that I closes that month to the selected group.
In 2013, I was voted Rookie of the Year by the Richmond Association of Realtors. In my first full year as an agent, I closed 52 sales including 48 single family homes, two condos, a piece of land and a commercial building. Last year my real estate sales totaled over $7.5 million dollars. In my free time, I enjoy attending local concerts and festivals, spending time with myfamily, salt-water fishing, and taking my English Bulldog (Hank) to the park.

| I just used Rhonda for what I would consider a "more complex" Real Estate sale and she was incredible. She found multiple buyers and was in communication with me through every step of the process. The other thing is that she has a great team. She surrounds herself with very competent, effective people. The photographer she used to take the photos and aerial drone shots was very professional and helped to give potential buyers a good sense of the property on line. The agency she recommended for the closing work in our behalf was also very professional in the handling of the paperwork. |

| Rhonda worked with me tirelessly to find the home for me. I required some strange items in a given price range and she not only gave me multiple choices, she kept working with me after I wasn't fast enough on some of the early properties. I was working out of town at the time and there was never a hiccup due to the distance and it was all very appreciated. Thanks Rhonda. |

| Such an amazing person to work with! We had some challenges with closing on the house but she made it happen. She made sure we had everything we needed lined up to make it go as smooth as possible on our end. Tons of contacts with local contractors, lenders and everthing in between. |

| Rhonda and her staff worked very hard to sell my home. She had a number of open houses and spent a number of her weekends trying to show it. When I first meet Rhonda she had a number of idea's to make the home more appealing and help to supervise the people doing the up grades to make the home sell faster. I just wish I had listened to her about the price and gone with what she suggested and maybe it would have sold faster. Once we went to the price she had wanted to start with the home started to show and we had a buyer for it. The process of close was a little stressful but in the long run it did close. I would use Rhonda again if I ever decide to sell my new home and look for something else. I just hope she has the same staff since I think they all did a fantastic job. I would like to give a special thanks to Tami since I know I'm not the easiest person to deal with and she had to put up with my melt downs more than once. | We are new Asian immigrants here in the City of Richmond, Va. We don't know the area and neighborhood well. We don't even know how the process in buying a house. Rhonda and her associates helped us in the process from start to finish. She made it very easy for us. Explained every details well. We found a perfect neighborhood, top school district for our highschool son, near to shopping malls, parks, and everything. You might think we purchased a 500k house, but no. The great news is that our mortgage payment is under 1000 fixed for 30yrs with only low downpayment. The house was great move-in ready with upgrades and everything. We love Rhonda that she found us a home in Short Pump, West End. Thank you. |
