| We were very happy to have Renee Hoke work with us to sell our home. Renee scheduled all meetings and interactions at our convenience after work and on weekends. She provided us with outstanding advice about how to prepare our home for sale. She provided a profile on the house for people touring. She promptly returned all phone calls and had advertising in place as soon as possible. She worked hard, illustrated a great understanding of contract details, negotiation etiquette and documentation. Our home was under contract in 30 days after listing. I am confident that the reason we were able to keep negotiations on track after an inspection revealed mold in the walls was due to her expertise.
