Get to Know Cynthia Continillo
As Bay Area native I know the area well. I grew up in San Mateo County and now live in San Jose. My intimate knowledge of both areas lends itself well to both buyers and sellers. Currently licensed for over four years with a business degree from CSU Hayward and leadership training from Dale Carnegie my experience is business oriented. In the past year I have switched my focus to foreclosures/REOs and now work in this area fully.
In 2009 I sold $25 million in REO assets and a total of 65 properties.

Over a year ago I realized a trend was happening in the area and foreclosures were becoming more prevalent. To adapt to this change and grow my business I began focusing on obtaining foreclosure listings. After much patience my client base has grown as well as my listings. Because I am small in comparison to many REO agents in the area, I can still give the quality customer service that my clients deserve. As well I am always available for the agents I am closing deals with.
