A little about Renee
I am so fortunate lived my entire life in Colorado! I come from a family of five with two older brothers and a mother and father who are approaching a milestone; 50 years of marital bliss. I have a delightful 12 year old child in the local middle school. I am very active in the outdoors and love to take a bike ride, ski the slopes or hike in the woods if you would like to join me one day.
I graduated college from the University of Denver with a BA and moved to Summit County shortly after graduation. I have been actively selling real estate since 1995.
I believe in continually educating myself and have achieved many designations such as the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), e-Pro and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. I am also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Resort and Second Home Specialist (RSPS). I own my own boutique real estate company, Summit County For Sale, located in the heart of downtown Dillon, Colorado.
I take great pride in what I do and will offer you superior service whether you are buying or selling. You can be assured that I will handle the sale of your home as if it were my own with the utmost care and diligence.
I specialize in luxury, second home and resort sales. The areas I cover include Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone and Silverthorne, Colorado. I do handle everything in between and first time home buyers as well. Over 90% of my clients are repeat and or referrals; now that says a lot.
Top notch knowledgable agent specializing in Luxury, Second Home and Resort property in Summit County, Colorado. The Rocky Mountains.
