Traditional sales with sellers and buyers have kept me going since 1989.  I starting buying bank owned in 2008 along with my partner who was in the lending side of the business.  That was absolutely the most fun!  We would take the most awful homes and turn them into gorgeous model homes that would sell at top dollar benefiting the neighborhood.  Many times the appraisal was the challenge and some times we would have to make adjustments or wait for cash buyers.  This was a great learning experience as we became buyers and sellers on each transaction numerous times.  Kitchen, bath and landscaping decisions along with remodeling that included moving walls was very educational in helping my current sellers and buyers with their own options for an outdated floor plan.  I love this business!
