Hello there,
The best way to get in touch with me is by dialing my cell number. I am a REALTOR with Hartford Realty Group. The office is located in Colleyville, TX (North East Fort Worth). My favorite thing to do is represent somebody who wants to find a nice house to live in. I don't believe in making a sale at the expense of one's future credit problems. I only work with lenders who will educate my clients and me as to the pros and cons of today's financial market. I will not allow any kind of "hidden" expenses pop up just so that I can make a sale.
I believe in true representation. You need to be careful about agents showing you their own listings. They don't represent you. They represent the seller. The agent is supposed to let you know that immediately. If an agent is showing you his/her listings let them know that you want your own agent. They will assure you that there is an agent in their office who can help you. My advice is to call somebody that is not in that office. It may make them mad, but that is in your best interest. I will not ever show my clients my own listings unless they specifically ask to see them. It is at that point I will advise them to get an agent of their choice.
