I am staging a property in high grove, just got a pending contract on a short sale. Soon We will be getting a closing date, usually takes 3-6 months. it took 4 months, for a short sale.

 Best thing I could ever imagine, I decided to venture out on my own, well i have been living stage in homes for two years, Well I am looking at Homes, Condo's. The fist thing to come to mmy mind is , the cleaning will be fun, and a cinch. Fully decorated and favor a price. One thing to good to be true..never change's huh?. The condo, gorgeous, the distance..forget about it! I love in  Clermont, 1 minute from 192, basically Kissimmee..... BUT I LOVE IT!. I am on a  mission for a 3-4/3 bath house/ condo right now. I am good for  6 months to one year, until sold!   Taking my time ( this time) YEAH we will see, i have such beautiful china, crystal, old colored carnival glass with the stamps!/...Oh and the antiques, just so much, drapes, rods, rugs.Prpoer Furniture..I can go on and on..Also, Cleaned Homes proir to getting into realty/property Management.

I have 20 years in the Home cleaning buisness. Took interior and exterior desighn in School. Sante Fe community College, and buisness to as well.

Also took 2 courses in Marriege and family, and I am a Life coach.

What sets me apart from other loan officers or CHM is i am available 24 hours a day. This is my job. The only job, and i stay focused and take full responsibility in caring for your home. It  is what i do.
