Being a Realtor is a more of a lifestyle than anything else and in order to be good you need to be plugged into it, Daily! To be able to represent you in the most professional setting I need to be up to date on the most recent laws, legislation and rules that govern my industry, this in itself can be a full time job. We have gone through a massive transformation and there are more regulations, restrictions and guidelines now than ever before, I can help you navigate those murky waters.
Most things in real estate tend to happen after "normal" hours and on weekends for obvious reasons and so I make myself available to you during those times. I have been involved in the service industry my entire life, from restaurants to home remodeling, so I know what is important and the type of service that you deserve. I want you to be satisfied with the service I provide, confident and proud to be able to recommend me to your family, friends and colleagues.
I have over 15 years as a licensed home improvement/remodeling contractor before moving over to this side of the industry. I use this expertise daily to help my clients in many ways. When looking to buy, sell or invest I can give you a glimpse into some of the costs involved with either remodeling or repairing certain things in and around a home. This works just as well for someone looking to list their home for sale. It is easy for me to put together a list of items that you may want to consider doing to spruce up your home prior to the sale. In some cases it's as simple a some new blinds and light bulbs to just keeping the landscaping trimmed up. Sometimes it IS about the small stuff like making your house smell nice and keeping the blinds open during showings. For others it might be installing a new roof or having your home Pre-Inspected to make your home stand out in the crowd.
Being a CDPE (certified distress property expert), it has allowed me to help many families who were, and still are, in need of relief from their current situations. One of the things I love about real estate is that I am able to educate people on what is available for them in this ever changing industry. The only thing certain I can tell you about real estate is,... that it will change.
