I am a Durham native but now live just North of there in Roxboro with my husband Barry. We have spent our lives in the Triangle area and cannot think of any other place we would rather live.
We love spending time with family and friends, trips to the mountains and beaches as well as working on DIY projects in our home.
What I love about real estate is that it is constantly evolving so it is never boring. My clients come from all backgrounds and cultures and each have unique ideas about the type of home they would like.
Because each client is different I feel listening is one of the most important skills I can bring to the table and communication with clients is key no matter which type of client I am working with buyers or sellers.
I feel that each client is of equal importance and care is given to ensure that each one is treated with respect and care throughout the process.
When working with Buyers I strive to educate them on the process and how they can effectively navigate this complicated transaction, I explain everything from pre-qualifying to making an offer and inspections to closing costs.
When working with sellers my goal is to communicate throughout the process so that they know what to expect during each part of the transaction from list to close.
I am committed to serving my clients. It is very important to me that clients understand the entire process of buying or selling a home. I am here to answer any questions or to find the answers if necessary.
I serve Durham, Person, Orange and Granville counties as well as points in between.

I like to think that my greatest skill is adaptibility, I very much enjoy all aspects of Residential Real Estate and the everchanging tide of the industry. I feel it is important to adapt to the needs of the consumer.

By asking a few questions and taking us to a few homes when we came to visit NC, her and Candy was able to know what we were looking for. Once we actually moved to the area, they took us to the home which we ended up picking on the first day. Because of her knowing what we wanted and her hard work finding homes to show us, we found and were able to move in within a month after moving here from TX.
