I have been appraising real estate since 1987 serves as the 2014 president of the San Diego Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.  I earned two designations SRA from the Appraisal Institute (AI) and IFA National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA).  My areas of expertise include luxury and water-oriented residential properties throughout San Diego County with special emphasis in Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar and La Jolla. I am also having broad residential appraisal experience and specialize in residential income properties.  I authored and served as instructor for several local residential seminars for the Appraisal Institute. I was also the past president of the local chapter of NAIFA. I am a California State Certified General Appraiser.
