that they are not getting the full point, they share that with their some1 who knows some1 etc........we are all

I am a Mandate for a cash buyer of bulk REO's in increments of $10mil up to $100mil in Southern California only, we
want 3+/2+, SFR's, condos ok if <5%of total package, zero to medium rehab, no junk, no mobile homes, no empty lots.
On file are LOI, POF (stating liquid unencumbered wireable funds) and Certificate of Good Standing from the
Secretary of State.
In my search for direct sellers, buyers have come to me for nationwide as well, and I am working on getting
