I am a Minnesota native. I have worked in the metro area for the last 27 years. I have been in the home repair business for over 15 years and I have worked with many Realtors over the past 10 years. I have worked with Truth in Housing/Point of Sale inspectors discussing the deficiencies they were observing and the repairs necessary. In addition to my extensive knowledge of home repair, I have successfully completed ITA's School for Home Inspection, CEU classes, mold and radon courses, and volunteered to ride along with plumbers and electricians to further expand on my education. I am a member in good standing with NAHI, NAHIMN, SPAAR, and IHINA. My work has always been based on INTEGRITY and an ever-growing KNOWLEDGE BASE. These two things are what I always strive to deliver to my clients. I approach every inspection as though I was the one buying or selling the home. When I started my company I wanted to project in my company name what I was trying to accomplish "Reassurance Home Inspection". I also built my website Reassurance Home Inspection to be as helpful to the new homeowner as possible and I always encourage my clients to contact me with any questions they may have about the house. I am a strong promoter of the PRIVATE INSPECTION. These inspections are more thorough and detailed and give the buyer or seller a much better look at the current condition of the home. The more that is known, the better the realtor looks, the happier the customer is, and the smoother the sale goes. Like anyone in business, I am here to build a client base and repeat customers.
