Hello, I have been in real estate since 2001. Shortly after earning my real estate license, I continued my education and obtained my Broker's License, GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), ePRO (on-line technology expert), ABR (accredited buyer's representative) and CRS designation (certified residential specialist). I have served as my Board of Realtors Secretary, Board President for two years and in 2007 I was the Florida Association of Realtors District 8 Vice President. Currently I am the MLS President of North Florida MLS, as a Director on the Board of Realtors for Dixie-Gilchrist-Levy Counties, and on several committees on the Gainesville/Alachua Board of Realtors. I love to stay active in my local Board and MLS to stay current to best serve my sellers and buyers.

Our area of Florida is still very rural so we really are a full service office that will always help first-time buyer, people relocating to a "quieter life", investors, people buying land to retire on in the future or the owner looking for a vacation getaway on one of our beautiful rivers. We are in the heart of the Suwannee Valley, with access to the Suwannee River, Santa Fe River and Ichetucknee River. Along these rivers are many world renouned springs and diving caves. I have been very active in the foreclosure, REO, and HUD market as a listing broker-associate over the last 4 years.
