I would never sell someone a property that I myself would not buy. I truly work in the best interest of the buyer or seller. I am straight forward, hard working, and devoted to making people happy. If for any reason you are not... I will release you from any buyer agency contract we are presently working under. In the case of a seller I will release you from any listing contract that does not have an accepted offer in place. I must warn you though... I have never had any complaints since I have been in the business. I am known for selling rural properties but I also sell city ones and also involved with land development. I must admit I enjoy farm listings far more then any others. I guess its because I'm a country girl and live on a farm with my husband and animals.
