Best Real Estate Assistant (BREA) is an AS NEEDED REALTOR ASSISTING company. Our main focus is to help Realtors with managing tasks that just don't seem to get done in a day. We are AS NEEDED with NO COMMITMENTS.

You are free to use BREA as you need.  We are available to you 1 hour a week or over 40 hours a week.  We provide assistance  from one small project to ongoing assistance. 

Best Real Estate Assistant was started by Kristen Smith in October 2008.  Kristen has always had a passion for Real Estate and enjoys helping Realtors make there sales soar.

Kristen Smith is the founder of BREA.  In all she has 10 years of administrative experience in those years she has 3 years of direct realtor assisting experience and  3 years of mobile home sales and leasing experience.  She is an expert in Landlord/tenant deals from the application process all the way through the entire eviction process to removing belonings and individuals from there home (tough job but someone has to do it).  Kristen has an exceptional amount of computer experience as well; including mls, relay, microsoft office, internet and many others.  Realtor Assisting is a one stop shop for all your office needs!
