Thor and Kathy’s personal business experience spans several industries that has given Real Estate America Ltd. an advantage in market experience, insight and understanding the needs of our clients and tenants beyond what other commercial real estate firms have to offer.  These experiences are as follows: We started a business from our garage and turned it into a chain of retail stores and a manufacturing plant with over 45 employees;  We have owned a nationwide marketing company (West Coast Marketing).  Our experience also includes; Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Product development for a world wide chemical company. A member of the board of directors for an Australian water treatment company.  We have owned a Gibson (the 2nd largest greeting card manufacturer in the US) distributorship for Oregon and Washington, selling and marketing Gibson products to over 200 grocery and retail stores. Thor worked was the lead contact and worked with royalty and the minister of finance for  negotiations involving international television rights for two foreign nations. Thor and Kathy have combined their 40 years experience in Real Estate to Create Jobs, Build Clean projects and Bring needed services to communities.
