Solely been in the customer service sector for over 25 years. Worked for a Top 500 company and from there moved into the real estate industry for personal investment opportunties, mostly multi family buildings. I understand the importance of someone listening to my needs and the importance of time management. I hold a Brokers license, which requires additional eductional courses as well as additional State of Illinois testing. I continue my education in the Real Estate industry quarterly to stay current with my license requirements but also to stay abreast of current issues. I have never been in violation of any license laws.
Born and raised in Chicago, I'm extremely proud of our city and surrounding suburbs. Now living in the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois with my husband and two children, we still make time to see our favorite Chicago sports teams as often as possible. I value my time in working with my clients very much and ask them to complete a personal profile and questionnare to asist me in learning a little more about them. If someone committes to filling out my paperwork, I consider them committed to the process of finding/selling a home. Additionally, I provide a list of vendors that are helpfull before/during/after a home is purchased or sold to my clients.
Working with me you'll find that I have weekly contacts of communication with both my buyers/sellers while we are in the process of buying or selling a property. After we have successfully completed that journey, I don't cease to communicate with my past clients. Every month I prepare a newsletter to communicate monthly affairs in the industry and other helpful information.
