I am a Certfied Housing Counselor for Novadebt, a non-profit HUD counseling agency.  We have started a program called the Professional Referral Network. Our goal is to educate professionals about how financial counseling can help you have a better relationship with your client. We discuss retention options such as modifications as well as disposition options such as short sale. We offer credit counseling, housing counseling, bankruptcy counseling and student loan counseling.

Keep in mind the counseling is "FREE" to both the client and the professional.

This is a win-win situation for the professional and it will generate more referrals;  in addition to being more resourceful and knowledgeable about the various programs available.
