My office offers you an opportunity to receive professional help with your search.  We inform our clients how we as professional Real Estate agents will assist you and find the property you are seeking.  Our first step will be to determine the type property you desire, location and how much you can afford.  However, only your Bank or Mortgage company can tell you the actual amount you will be qualified to borrow.  All clients must be pre-qualifed prior to visiting any property.  Your time and our time are valuable.  Do Not Worry if you do not have a pre-qualify letter.  Our office has a large list of Banks & Mortgage companies which would be happy to assist you with a Pre-Qualify of Pre-Approval. This does not obligate you to use that company. As a Broker-Associate in the industry for many years let me help you select the proper property and negotiate the price and conditions.

Our next step will be too provide you with a list of everything available in the County(s) and City(s) you selected.  Together we will schedule an appointment and view a max. of 6 properties the first day.  Many customers have found their property on the first day.  However, our first day will also provide us with more specific information that we did not know prior to viewing properties.  Some customer might now tell us they want a large yard, level lot, larger garage, larger rooms, galley kitchen, etc..

 We try to ask as many questions as possible.  But, we must also listen for your wants and needs.
