She demonstrated a superior knowledge of the market, and how to showcase our house within that market. She responded with sound advice to changes in the market conditions. She is incredibly knowledgeable, an amazing negotiator, real estate contract expert, degree'd marketing specialist, and provides detailed and thorough communication. With her wealth of knowledge and large industry contact base, there is nothing she can't overcome. This was my first transaction with Valerie, but my 5th home purchase. By far, she provided the best and most productive purchase experience I have ever had. She has made me a lifetime client, and I intend to continue to use her and promote her on future purchases and listings. Many of the big name agents can use volume figures to sell you upfront, but then they pass you off to numerous assistants and lack that personal touch or connection to ensure the details of the transaction are taken care of and explained to the client, and that your best interested are considered.
